Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling, access, and flow to optimize appointments.
- Coordinate clinician schedules and handle patient inquiries and communication.
- Assist with patient documentation, prior authorizations, and third-party requests.
- Address patient concerns, monitor practice issues, and resolve operational challenges.
- Participate in care improvement activities and train new staff.
- Support multiple departments as a float, learning operational practices across specialties.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years clinical experience, including 1 year as a Medical Assistant.
- Preferred certifications include BLS, with ACLS based on specialty.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
