- Ensuring patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
- Communicating effectively with patients and healthcare team members
- Reporting equipment issues promptly
- Maintaining continuing education and licensure documentation
- Willingness to cover multiple locations and assist in training new mammographers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from an accredited radiography program
- Radiography license with 1 years of experience
- Passed ARRT Mammography exam and holds Massachusetts mammography license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of mammography equipment, MQSA, ACR regulations, PACS, and healthcare delivery
- Ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, and perform exams efficiently under stress
