Qualifications: Valid RN license, at least one year of recent LTC experience, current BLS/CPR certification, with preferred ACLS and additional certifications based on facility needs.
Skills: Critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills, physical ability to perform procedures, proficiency in reading and writing English, technical motor skills, and the ability to work under pressure and adapt to irregular schedules.
