Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time

Position Overview: An experienced or new Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing primary clinical support in a patient-centered environment, focusing on care for individuals aged 65 and older.

Responsibilities Include

• Obtaining and documenting patient medical history, vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations.
• Assisting providers with minor surgical and diagnostic procedures.
• Collecting and preparing lab specimens, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Communicating with patients, responding to questions, and prioritizing information for providers.
• Administering medications, vaccines, and skin tests under provider supervision.
• Maintaining a clean environment, preparing examination rooms, and ensuring asepsis.
• Follow-up on diagnostic testing to ensure completion, accuracy, and proper filing.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Ability to perform clinical tasks with attention to detail and patient care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
