- Continuously assess maternal and fetal status and respond to changing conditions
- Use electronic fetal monitoring to support safe clinical decision-making
- Administer medications and perform required nursing interventions
- Assist with deliveries and manage obstetric emergencies as part of the care team
- Deliver thorough patient education and support families during care transitions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize in high-acuity situations
- Proficiency with electronic fetal monitoring and medication administration
- Effective communication, teamwork, and commitment to patient-centered care
