As a Unit Manager, you'll oversee unit operations, supervise clinical staff, provide guidance and education, promote a positive facility culture, maintain infection control, and ensure adequate staffing to deliver high-quality resident care.
Requirements include an unencumbered South Dakota L.P.N. license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of L.P.N. experience; management experience and 5 years of L.P.N. experience are preferred but not required.
