Provide hands-on critical care while serving as a frontline leader in the ICU. Coordinate patient flow, delegate nursing assignments, and mentor and support ICU staff to maintain a patient-first culture. Partner with intensivists and an interdisciplinary team to guide complex care plans, ensure continuity of care, and support families.
