- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or successful completion within 30 days of hire
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements
- Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process
- Maintain confidentiality and patient rights
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality care
