The organization is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its hospital-based practice as part of a regional referral center.

• Services include diagnostic, therapeutic, and complex interventional GI procedures (e.g., EUS, ERCP, capsule endoscopy) for both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Over 800 referrals monthly with approximately 8,500 procedures annually, utilizing five state-of-the-art endoscopy suites with anesthesia support.
• Offers physician autonomy, a flexible schedule, and a competitive salary range ($660k-$684k ), with a two-year income guarantee transitioning to an RVU-based model, plus malpractice, relocation, and sign-on bonuses.
