Seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing care, supervision, and guidance for students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing household tasks, administering medications, driving students, planning activities, leading devotions, and overseeing household reporting and budgeting.
Key Duties
- Mentoring and supervising students
- Managing household routines and schedules
- Supporting student wellness and safety
- Engaging students in developmental and recreational activities
- Leading faith-based activities and chapel attendance
- Handling household reporting and budgeting
- Experience with youth through work or volunteering
- Legally married couples for at least two years, both aged 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to certify as a driver
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and participate in physically active roles
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and role modeling
- Comfort leading devotions and attending chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
- Adherence to campus policies on smoking, weapons, alcohol, and pets
