Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice in Toms River, NJ. This role offers a supportive environment with no after-hours calls or hospital rounding, focusing on quality patient care and reducing burnout.

Position Details

• Full-time or part-time options with competitive salary ($220K-$260K)
• Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, malpractice coverage, paid time off, and visa sponsorship
• Schedule features flexible hours, 8- or 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
• Responsibilities include seeing patients for sick and well visits, documenting in EMR, and leading office staff
• Qualifications: MD or DO, NJ license, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, DEA/CDS, strong communication skills
