Dually Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC)/ Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

We are seeking a dual-licensed LCPC and Licensed Addiction Counselor to join our behavioral health team at a Federally Qualified Health Center.

• Provide mental health and substance use disorder services in a primary care setting, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual counseling.
• Collaborate with medical providers to support integrated, whole-person care.

Requirements include Montana licensure (LAC and LCPC), minimum 2 years’ clinical assessment and treatment experience, and ability to work in Hamilton, MT (or relocate). This full-time, grant-funded position offers a salary of $60,000–$70,000 and benefits such as health insurance, retirement options, and paid time off. Ongoing employment depends on grant renewal.
