- assessing patients and creating individualized care plans
- monitoring surgical equipment and assisting with procedures
- communicating continuously with surgical team members
- participating in performance improvement activities
- addressing patient anxiety and providing reassurance
- ensuring operating room readiness and supply management
- supporting pain management and patient positioning during procedures
- current NV RN license
- minimum one year OR experience
- ACLS & BLS certifications
