This full-time Charge Nurse position involves supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining professional standards. The role includes directing staff, overseeing medication administration, completing clinical assessments, treatments, and documentation, and communicating with residents’ families and healthcare providers. The Charge Nurse provides leadership, coaching, and training to team members, manages staff scheduling, and addresses resident and personnel conflicts. They ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, participate in quality assurance activities, and perform nursing tasks as needed. The position requires a professional appearance, mature conduct, and the ability to coordinate care effectively.
