Clinical Director- Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP)

The Clinical Director, licensed as an LCSW or LPCC, oversees the Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program within a Behavioral Health Services Organization.

• Provides clinical and operational leadership, ensuring high-quality, compliant services aligned with CARF standards.
• Supervises and supports clinical staff, facilitates treatment team collaboration, and manages daily program operations.
• Conducts assessments, delivers individual, group, and family counseling, and develops personalized treatment plans.
• Maintains clinical documentation, monitors client progress, and adjusts care strategies as needed.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, participates in program development, and represents the program professionally when required.
