Clinic Director- Outpatient Behavioral health (LICSW, LMHC, PsyD)

Seeking a Clinical Director to oversee outpatient behavioral health services, ensuring quality care aligns with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Lead and supervise clinical staff, fostering growth, engagement, and adherence to training requirements.
• Manage clinic budget, monitor clinician productivity, and develop referral relationships to ensure fiscal stability.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, maintain client records, and support program operations, including urgent outpatient services.
• Provide on-call support and maintain positive relationships with funding and referral sources.
• Maintain a diverse, inclusive environment aligned with DEIB initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current MA license (e.g., PsyD, PhD, LICSW, LMHC), and at least five years of clinical experience, including two in an administrative role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
