- Supports pharmacy functions under supervision, including prescription filling, verification, and documentation.
- Assists with inventory management, order processing, and handling of pharmacy shipments.
- Provides outstanding customer experience by engaging customers, addressing inquiries, and offering product assistance.
- Performs clerical duties, including processing third-party claims and handling cash register operations.
- Supports clinical services, including sample collection and coordination with healthcare providers.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy environment.
- Builds relationships with healthcare professionals and local communities to promote pharmacy services.
- Adheres to all policies, including pharmacy code of conduct and medication safety protocols.
- Fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred experience in retail pharmacy or customer service.
- Good math, computer, and inventory control skills are advantageous.
- PTCB certification or willingness to obtain it is preferred.
