Care Manager - Part Time

Role: Caregiver at a senior living community, responsible for providing hands-on support and fostering meaningful relationships with residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Implement and document changes in residents' Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence of residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities, creating enriching experiences, especially in Memory Care.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents' families and care team members.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
