Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager

Role Overview

This position involves managing patient care, personnel, equipment, and departmental operations within a Cardiac Cath Lab setting. The nurse manager will oversee staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development, ensuring departmental goals are met. Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, implementing patient care plans, and maintaining compliance with policies. The role requires coordinating patient procedures, administering conscious sedation, and advocating for patient needs. Strong leadership, clinical expertise, and critical thinking skills are essential.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN accepted)
• 2-5 years of nursing experience, with preferred 5-10 years
• Experience in procedural, critical care, or Cardiac Cath Lab settings is preferred
• RN licensure required; BLS/ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
