- Lead and coordinate nursing activities within the unit.
- Utilize clinical judgment to deliver safe, effective patient care.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
- Supervise and support nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure.
- Current Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) may be required based on unit.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
