Role: ABA Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect, document, and analyze behavior data to monitor progress
  • Support skill development in home, school, and community environments
  • Collaborate with caregivers and ministry staff to ensure consistent support
  • Model effective strategies and foster a nurturing, faith-based environment
