This full-time position is for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an outpatient primary care setting.
- Provide comprehensive care including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for all ages.
- Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma, and treat common acute illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on health maintenance.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care, document encounters thoroughly, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Requires a Master’s degree, national certification, active licensure, DEA license, and BLS certification.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred; strong clinical skills and effective communication essential.
- Work is in an outpatient clinic, Monday–Friday, with no hospital rounds or inpatient call.
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
