VETS, Inc., is looking to add an experienced Data Analyst to our growing team. This is a permanent, full time position with full benefits working onsite at the Pentagon. This position requires an active/current DoD TS-SCI clearance.The successful candidate will:Generate and maintain information on intelligence workforceWork with other data analysts to visualize data derived for DOD and IC databases, showcasing baseline and trend analysis as well as comparative analysis of data. Conduct data analyses and predictive modeling of human capital program performanceConduct annual analysis of performance management results scores, by component, to determine ratings distributions by component, occupation, work-level, and GG grade and demographic group using EEOC reporting categories. Conduct annual analysis of performance-based payouts of base pay and bonusesREQUIRED SKILLSFour-year undergraduate degree from a nationally accredited university2 years experience in database and business intelligence reporting tools.2 years of subject matter expertise experience working with intelligence information systems or architecture supporting the combatant commands, services, or the Intelligence Community.2 years of experience data-mining in databases such as CMIS, DCPDS, ADVANA and other similar tool; visualizing analysis discovered from data-mining1 years experience with visualizing data in databases1 years experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik1 years experience with coding, programing and scripting languages in SQL, Java, python, R.1 years experience with Microsoft excel: pivot tables, graphs, charts and formulas.1 years experience in basic statistics with demonstrated experience in inferential statistics.
