Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager based in Matthews, NC (Charlotte). The SEO Manager will be responsible for conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, implementing link-building strategies, and analyzing web metrics. The individual will collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for enhancing online visibility, driving traffic, and increasing conversions. The role also involves monitoring and reporting on the performance of SEO campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting SEO Audits and implementing optimization strategies
- Proficiency in Keyword Research and developing targeted content strategies
- Expertise in Link Building and backlink management
- Strong understanding and usage of Web Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, for monitoring and evaluation
- Knowledge in Marketing strategies to complement SEO efforts
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in small business marketing or franchise services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
