Description
Vetroresina manufactures fiberglass-reinforced panels for the North American and Canadian markets. We specialize in producing the exterior layers of insulated panels used in a wide range of applications, including refrigerated trucks, insulated doors, RV walls, ceilings, floors, boats, and more.
We are seeking a reliable, hard working individual with strong problem-solving skills, solid critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to perform physical labor. This is a full-time temporary position with the potential for permanent employment upon successful completion of 520 hours of work.
Job Responsibilities
- Lifting, moving, rolling, and cutting fiberglass to specifications
- Many hours of walking around production area
- Operate machinery that provides assistance for production tasks
- Coordinate with production manager(s) and team member(s) to perform all general duties efficiently, while maintaining quality and cleanliness
- Cross analyzes production materials with the manufacturing schedule to ensure proper materials are used
- Supports and exhibits the focus of zero defects while maintaining a positive first pass yield mindset
- Perform simple cosmetic repairs to products if necessary
Job Requirements
- Must be available to work Mon- Fri 7:00 am- 4:00 pm
- Be able to work with strong chemical smells
- Quick thinking in a high paced environment
- Must have Transportation
- Stamina and strength for manual Labor
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Willing to work overtime if needed
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
