What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Team Member: Cupcake & Bouquet Assembly position at Vetra Mobile?
Baked Bouquet makes cupcake bouquets: real buttercream, hand-piped to look like fresh flowers. Opening our first Florida shop in Brandon this fall. This is the hands-on production role behind everything we sell.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prep and mix buttercream to our recipes
- Assemble cupcake bouquets, gift boxes, and combination boxes to spec
- Quality-check your own work (symmetry, color, finish) before boxing
- Prep packaging, restock ingredients and supplies
- Receive ingredient deliveries and put stock away
- Keep your station clean to food-safety standards; log fridge temps, run dishwashing rotation
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Steady hands and pride in detail work that has to look exactly right
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Weekend availability required
- 18 or older (food safety requirement)
- Comfortable on your feet doing repetitive, precise handwork
- Bakery, food prep, barista, or craft experience a plus; we train the right person
