You will be the Inspector Sr for the Quality Inspection team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the highest product quality across the Lufkin facility.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Inspector Sr you will be responsible for leading quality inspections, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products.
Identify and document non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements.
Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide training and guidance on quality inspection procedures.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, Go/No‑Go gauges) and ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills, including accurate completion of inspection reports, non‑conformance records, and corrective‑action follow‑up.
- Basic computer skills; comfortable using SAP and other related systems.
- Effective communication and teamwork, experience clearly conveying findings to engineers, supervisors, and production staff and collaborating on corrective‑action plans.
- Familiar with hardware produced to J-STD-001
- Time‑management & prioritization – handle multiple inspections and documentation tasks while meeting production schedules.
- Effective communication – clear, concise reporting of findings; ability to collaborate with engineering, production.
