Major Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Has a fundamental responsibility to ensure product safety and quality as it applies to all duties listed below.
Evaluates, and takes appropriate action to maintain a safe work environment with established standards and guidelines.
Responsible for performing preventative maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance, extend asset life, and prevent costly breakdowns.
Know and apply written safety procedures.
Inspect work areas and look for unsafe acts.
Complete projects/assignments safely and efficiently.
Evaluates and takes appropriate action to maintain a safe work environment with established standards and guidelines.
Effectively use verbal and written communications.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Ability to follow schedules and work independently or as part of a team
Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose equipment issues
Perform sweeping, cleaning, and sorting duties as necessary.
Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and procedures.
