What you will be doing
Key Responsibilities Include
- All safety issues are #1 priority.
- Preventative Maintenance
- Diagnosing malfunctions in automated systems, identifying faulty components, and repairing or replacing
- PLC programming and Modification
- Understanding and modifying PLC logic to adjust system behavior and optimize production processes.
- Robot programming, modification and manipulation
- Understanding and modifying Robot programs to adjust system behavior and optimize production
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Identifying and resolving issues with electrical wiring, sensors, actuators, motors, pneumatic systems,
- System upgrades and modifications
- Implementing new automation technologies, software updates, and hardware upgrades to improve system
