Job Description
Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be the engineering project leader and be the primary decision maker for engineering program cost, schedule and engineering issues. You will lead a team in the prioritization of work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance for Avionics (Epic, Apex, and/or Anthem) programs with a focus on displays and graphics hardware programs such as touchscreen display systems, HUD systems, control panels and more.

Assess and drive achievement of milestones
Strategy development
Early problem detection and course correction.
Annual Operating Plan
Manage short and long term staffing needs
Involvement with program pursuits and launches
Manage Program Metrics

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar
