Equipment Maintenance & Repair
- Respond to combat and weapon system equipment casualties, troubleshoot issues, identify failed modules, and repair by replacing components.
- Operate special and general purpose test equipment, optical aids, and tools to support troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Utilize advanced electronic test equipment—including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, and power meters—to conduct diagnostics and performance evaluations.
- Assist system engineers by applying practical technical knowledge to assigned equipment; develop test software scripts using Linux, LabVIEW, Visual Basic, and related tools.
- Support test events through hardware and software configuration, fault insertion, and performance evaluation; direct personnel as needed to ensure successful execution.
- Document maintenance actions with electronic tools and perform upgrades per configuration management directives.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts, engineering agencies, and other stakeholders to resolve maintenance requirements, fault investigations, and technical inquiries.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a technician or similar role
- Experience with operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing system upgrades to radar systems
- Ability with researching technical manuals, specifications, and drawings in support of developmental testing
- Training and experience with Radar Systems specifically Signal Processor and Phased Array Antenna
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
- Self-starter with flexibility to support changing requirements in a demanding, dynamic test environment
- Ability to adapt current skills, knowledge, and experience to evolving technology
- Experience or familiarity with Linux/Red Hat (RHEL) operating system
- Proficient in the use of advanced electronic test equipment: Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Logic Analyzers, and Power Meters
- Strong written and verbal skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively both individually and collaboratively
- Navy PM/CM experience
