Bachelor’s degree in STEM field
Previous automotive and/ or quality analysis experience
Proficiency in use of problem-solving tools (Six Sigma, DOE, 8D, 5 Why, etc)
Effective oral and written communication skills
Experience Working With Union Personnel Preferred
Self-starter, with the ability to be self-directed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
