Entry Level Balancer - Starting Pay: $19.00/HR
Become a trained balancing technician and contribute to our 58-year-reputation for providing high quality balancing solutions. Balancing technicians apply several different correction methods to a wide variety of parts based on the amount of unbalance, component composition, and specific customer requirements. Successful balancing technicians are meticulous and take pride in the quality of their work.
Transferable Skills:
$8,000.00/$16,000.00 annual ICHRA health insurance, 100% employer funded SEP-IRA, weekly paychecks, merit raises, bonuses, 100% employer paid life insurance, paid vacation, paid sick leave, 100% tuition reimbursement, and weekly uniform stipend. Raises after favorable 90 day probationary period. Employee support is a foremost priority and many employees reach 40 years of tenure in this position.

- Parts weighing less than 1 ounce and up to 20 tons
- Components for Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial, and Agriculture
- Electromagnetic rotors, gears, and transmission components
- Rolls, crushers, mixers, and centrifuges
- Impellers, turbines, and compressor wheels
