Position Summary
The Analyst, Aeronautical Information Services supports the Manager of Air Navigation Programs and acts as a representative of the Flight Operations Team. The Analyst is responsible for the collection, processing, and publishing of navigation information distributed to pilots, dispatchers, and maintenance crewmembers. The Analyst, Aeronautical Information Services is a technical role requiring experience in creating and manipulating aeronautical products, and a complete understanding of aviation navigation equipment, tools, and procedures. The Analyst, Aeronautical Information Services is an important role in JetBlue’s operational team, which ensures that the quality of navigation information distributed to the Pilots, Dispatchers, and Maintenance crew is accurate and timely.
Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for collecting and processing all information for the Airport Briefing Guide (ABG).
Responsible for creating or coordinating all content for the ABG to meet all airport information publishing timelines.
Responsible for the timely distribution of airport information.
Responsible for validating the charting subscription against the ABG to ensure accuracy and availability of all necessary navigation information.
Assist the Manager of Air Navigation Programs with managing the communications and business partner relationships related to Foreign/Domestic Aeronautical Information Publications.
Assist the Manager of Air Navigation Programs in working with the System Operations Department, Training Department, and Flight Standards Department to facilitate changes and updates in a timely and coordinated manner.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
One (1) year of analytical experience
Graphic design experience utilizing vector-based graphic tools
Working knowledge and demonstrated competency in coding languages such as Python andusing different tools provided by JetBlue
Strong team-building interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, using Microsoft Office suite
Strong project management skills
Available for occasional overnight travel (up to 10%)
In possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Graphic design experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and database management using Tableau/Snowflake
HTML, SQL, Python, and coding experience
Commercial Pilot Certificate or Dispatcher License
Two (2) years of experience in aviation or airline operations
One (1) year of experience using aviation charting
Crewmember Expectations
Regular attendance and punctuality
Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
Able to maintain a professional appearance
When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
