What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Account Executive position at Vetician?
Company Description Vetician is India’s dedicated pet-care platform built exclusively for pets and the people who care for them, ensuring every provider is verified. The platform solves the problem of scattered, low-visibility pet services by giving veterinarians, paravets, dog trainers, and boarding facilities a focused, trusted online presence. Vetician rigorously verifies every veterinarian’s degree and council registration before a profile goes live, so trust is built into the product. The company is currently onboarding its first 100 Founding Partners in Gurgaon, offering free verified profiles, direct bookings, and zero commission with permanently locked-in terms, even after paid tiers launch. Vetician’s mission is simple: to make trusted pet care easy to find.
Role Description The Field Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, India, responsible for driving adoption of Vetician’s platform among pet-care providers. This position involves identifying and prospecting veterinarians, paravets, trainers, and boarding facilities, conducting in-person visits, and presenting Vetician’s value proposition. The role includes managing the end-to-end onboarding process, supporting providers in setting up and optimizing their profiles, and ensuring a smooth experience from first contact through activation. The Field Account Executive will maintain ongoing relationships with accounts, gather feedback from providers and pet parents, and collaborate with internal teams to refine sales approaches and local market strategies. Regular reporting on pipeline, conversion, and territory performance is expected, along with participation in local events or outreach activities related to pet care.
