Job Details
Title: Sr. Controls / Automation Engineer
Location: Cleveland, MS
Duration: 12 months (Contract)
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Computer Engineering preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience programming and troubleshooting automation controls, PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, and vision inspection systems.
Strong hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs is required.
Minimum 2 years of engineering or manufacturing experience; FDA-regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
Preferred experience with:
Magnemotion conveyor systems
Ultrasonic welding
Staubli robots
Cognex and Keyence vision systems
Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus.
Lean Manufacturing skills and experience are highly desirable
