MES Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) Solutions Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This role emphasizes strategic expertise in identifying operational gaps and developing innovative solutions within MES environments, rather than hands-on validation execution. Our client utilizes Syncade as their MES platform, but direct experience with this specific system is not required, as MES systems share fundamental similarities at the core level. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge to drive efficiency and compliance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing MES processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
• Develop and propose tailored solutions to address identified issues, focusing on strategic enhancements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Provide expert guidance on MES integration, troubleshooting, and scalability without direct involvement in validation tasks.
• Document findings, recommendations, and implementation strategies in clear, actionable reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 15 years of proven experience in MES systems, preferably within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong background in identifying process gaps and delivering solutions, with a focus on strategic consulting rather than execution.
• Familiarity with MES platforms (e.g., Syncade or similar systems like PAS-X, Werum, or others) is advantageous, but not mandatory due to the basic similarities across systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Genuine expertise and a track record of delivering high-quality, reliable results in fast-paced environments.
