Essential Skills:
AS400 resource with experience in coding languages RPG, RPGLE, CLLE.
Experienced in SQL queries.
Must know support activities like batch job monitoring, capable of analyzing job errors and take correct action on it.
Exceptional trouble-shooting skills and ability to research analyze and provide solutions for complex programming and technical issues
Role Description:
Develop requirements and end user documentation for integrations.
Design appropriate solution components.
Coordinate with business process owners/SMEs for support and development activities.
Interact with operations team.
Requirements clarification and documentation.
Support end users for access requests.
Create/update technical specifications.
Support application Testing activities.
Onsite-Offshore coordination.
