What You'll Do
Veterinary Assistants support patient care and hospital flow through a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Safely handling and restraining patients
- Assisting technicians and specialists with treatments and procedures
- Performing in-house laboratory work
- Preparing and maintaining treatment areas
- Cleaning and sterilizing surgical instruments
- Restocking supplies and organizing equipment
- Supporting hospital cleanliness and daily maintenance
- Assisting the front desk team when needed
- Helping admit patients and getting them settled comfortably
- Assisting technicians and specialists with treatments and procedures
- Running in-house lab samples and preparing equipment
- Keeping treatment areas organized and ready for the next patient
- Supporting the team so appointments and procedures run smoothly
- Jumping in where needed — because teamwork is how we succeed
Part-Time

- 1–2 years of veterinary assistant experience preferred
