Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of Healthy Paws with a focus on efficiency, client satisfaction, and excellent patient care
Mentor and support veterinarians, LVTs, and support staff—building a collaborative, high-performing culture
Collaborate on budgeting, hiring, and clinic growth strategies alongside regional leadership
Facilitate the growth of the clinic, ensuring financial health and team buy- in
Drive community outreach, client education, and employee engagement initiatives that reflect our mission
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's in business or a related field preferred
