Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of Healthy Paws with a focus on efficiency, client satisfaction, and excellent patient care
- Mentor and support veterinarians, LVTs, and support staff—building a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Collaborate on budgeting, hiring, and clinic growth strategies alongside regional leadership
- Facilitate the growth of the clinic, ensuring financial health and team buy- in
- Drive community outreach, client education, and employee engagement initiatives that reflect our mission
- Bachelor's in business or a related field preferred
- A natural team builder and coach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Operational know-how with an eye toward continuous improvement and innovation
- A passion for high-quality medicine and a commitment to community-centered care
