What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Assistants - Emergency Department position at Veterinary Referral and Critical Care?

Veterinary Referral and Critical Care is looking for dedicated Veterinary Assistants. Must be available during the week, weekends, and holidays. We are looking for an Assistant to work from 7am - 5pm (some shifts may be from 6am - 4pm) and one Assistant to work from 3pm - 12:30am. In addition to caring for hospitalized patients you will be helping with emergent patients coming in the door. Some weekends will be required. Two years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant is required. Schedule is a 4 day work week, 9.5 - 10 hours each shift.
In this position you will be supporting our Doctors and Technician team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients.
