Hours of Operation:
- Open: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Closed: Saturday & Sunday

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active veterinary license in the state of Florida
