- Schedule: Mon–Fri 8–5, Sat 9–1. No overnight emergency duty

Who We're Looking For
- DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited school; Florida licensure or eligibility for licensure
- 2 years in small animal general practice — comfortable running a full day independently
- Genuine interest in ownership: someone who wants input on hiring, standards, growth, and culture
- Strong surgical and dental foundation; [interest in integrative medicine a plus]
- A mentor's instinct with support staff and newer doctors
- Excellent communicator who builds long-term client relationships
- Base salary of $135,000-$145,000
- Equity ownership with [buy-in structure / financing]; distributions [quarterly/annually]
- Signing bonus of $20,000

- $2,500 annual CE allowance with paid CE days

Salary : $135,000 - $145,000
