Job Description:
As a Vetspire Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of Vetspire, a state-of-the-art veterinary practice management software. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Implementation Planning and Assessment:
- Develop implementation plans pre go-live to ensure a smooth transition.
- Conduct in-person hospital visits to assess current systems and operational processes.
- Identify potential workflow challenges within the veterinary practice.
- Customize and implement tailored solutions within the Vetspire application.
Best Practices and Communication:
- Identify organizational and industry best practices to maximize Vetspire utilization.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Vetspire team, IT, Regional Management, and practice teams.
- Provide end user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of Vetspire.
- Work closely with internal and external Vetspire teams to ensure a smooth transition and drive operational efficiency.
In-Clinic Support and Troubleshooting:
- Offer in-clinic support and training for practice team members.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve unforeseen issues before, during, and after go-live.
- Identify, resolve, and track barriers to make continuous improvements on future implementations.
- Travel to VIP sites before and during implementation as needed.
- Post Go Live Locations – Travel, if necessary.
- Provide maintenance support.
- Train new features.
- Troubleshoot issues.
Expense Management:
- Manage expenses, travel accommodations, and reconciliation in accordance with company policy.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Familiarity with a variety of veterinary industry concepts, best practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge of various industry practice management software.
- Advanced knowledge of the Vetspire system and end user functionality.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with end users at various experience levels.
- Proficient in project management and maintaining detailed documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in Vetspire practice management or implementation of practice management software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
