We are now looking for a residency-trained or board-certified internist to join our specialist team of two surgeons, a neurologist, and a newly added cardiologist to expand our internal medicine service to the next level. Currently, our internal medicine and oncology consultations are provided by Dr. Nations, our founder and CEO/Visionary, who is an ABVP diplomat, but needs a boarded specialist to take over the reins and grow the internal medicine service to the next level.

We are an independent, privately-owned practice located in the fastest-growing county in the nation with a history of serving our veterinary community for over 30 years. Located in Winter Haven, Florida on a sprawling 10-acre campus, we have it all. A newly opened 20,000 square foot multi-specialty and 24/7 emergency hospital, a separate 10,000 square foot general practice, Dog Dayz Cafe, and even a 3.5 acre Bark Park.
Our clinical approach and research are based on a desire to shift veterinary medicine from 2.0 to 3.0. What that means is advancing the field to find cures for the cause, not just pills for the ill. This shift is already happening in human medicine, and we’re bringing it into vet med. We're exploring the intersections of metabolic health, gut microbiome science, mitochondrial function, and the foundational role of nutrition, gut integrity, and metabolic optimization.

Our Specialty Center:
- Internal medicine suite with ultrasound, video endoscopy, and bronchoscopy
- Nuclear medicine suite for I131
- Oncology center with two infusion rooms and chemo hood
- Surgical center with four surgical suites, laparoscopy/anthroscopy tower (Storz) for minimally invasive procedures
- Neurology department with 1.5Tesla MRI (GE Signa)
- Advanced imaging with 64-slice CT (Canon Aquilion)
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber (Sechrist)
- Additional equipment to be acquired as needed for interventional procedures (ie. stent placement)
