Veterinary Emergency Clinic of Central Florida, LLC is seeking veterinarians to join our team in Central Florida. VEC is a well-known, locally owned, and highly respected small animal emergency practice with multiple locations throughout Central Florida. Our exceptional facilities are equipped with cutting edge equipment including digital x-ray, ultrasound, full in-house laboratory, endoscope, a fully equipped surgical suite, strong nursing staff and much more!

VETERINARY CRITICAL CARE NURSE
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of two years of practical veterinary medical nursing/technician experience. Experience in emergency veterinary medicine is preferred but not required. Education and other relevant veterinary or medical experience will be considered on an individual basis.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Applicants must be able to perform a range of veterinary nursing duties including but not limited to phlebotomy, placement of intravenous catheters, anesthesia monitoring, surgical assisting, and radiology. Applicants must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good grammar, spelling, and legible penmanship are required. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and customer service skills are essential. Must be able to maintain composure and professionalism under stress. Must be comfortable handling dogs and cats.
