Description
As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will be trusted to:
- Perform patient assessments and carry out individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality, hands-on rehabilitation therapies
- Communicate clearly and effectively with doctors, clients, and team members
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records
- Support a team-focused, patient-first environment
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant in a hospital setting
- RVT preferred; rehabilitation certifications (CCRA, CCRVN, CCRP) highly valued
- Additional certifications (CCFT, COASM, massage) or canine training/competition experience are a plus
- Strong understanding of canine and feline behavior
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to learn EMR systems (EzyVet)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist patients in various positions
