Veterinary Receptionist/Client Services Coordinator

- Answer phone calls and e-mails promptly, providing accurate information and addressing client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate patient records, handle billing inquiries, and process payments with attention to detail.
- Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff, ensuring seamless information flow.
- Educate clients about preventative care, services, and products, promoting the overall well-being of pets.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing inventory and ensuring the reception area is organized and inviting.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, empathetic demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with veterinary management software is advantageous.
