For more than 50 years, Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod has been a privately owned, independent practice. We aren't part of a corporate group, and that shows in how we work. Practice at the top of your license

At VACC, our technicians are trusted, skilled partners in medicine, not just extra hands. You'll be relied on for your judgment and expertise across a wide range of advanced care:

• Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery for general and soft tissue surgery
• Assisting with minimally invasive (laparoscopic) procedures; we were the first hospital on Cape Cod to offer them
• Fear Free dentistry, including dental cleanings and dental radiographs
• Diagnostic imaging support, including ultrasound, echocardiograms, and GlobalFAST scans
• Internal medicine cases, including endoscopy
• Running our in-house laboratory, from wellness screenings to urgent diagnostics
• Same-day urgent care triage, client education, and patient advocacy

We've mentored high school interns all the way to becoming veterinarians, and we've supported team members through CVT certification. Whether you want to deepen your skills in anesthesia, dentistry, or imaging, pursue a VTS, or step into a leadership role, we'll help you get there. We offer support for continuing education and certifications because investing in your growth is investing in our patients.
